Return & Refund Policy

We accept refunds and returns only if we mistakenly deliver the wrong product(s) or a damaged/defective item(s) without a replacement option. We ensure all items are in good quality before shipping.

Refunds and returns are not valid for reasons like “I changed my mind” or “The color is different.” They do not apply to sales/discounted item(s) or binding delivery time frames, especially for backorder products.

Customer must inspect items upon receipt and promptly report defects/issues. Once agreed, customer should ship return item(s) within 2 days of receiving the product(s) ordered from the Palace of Rites online store (https://www.palaceofrites.com). 

Product(s) can be returned for exchange, provided the product(s) is returned in new and original condition with original product packaging, price tags, and labels.

If the product(s) has been discounted either by promotion or coupon codes, the amount refunded will be based on the net amount i.e. paid price for the product(s) less the coupon amount as indicated on the receipt. Delivery charges paid in the original order are non-refundable. The coupon code may be replaced at our sole discretion if the product(s) to be refunded is damaged, defective or faulty.

Product(s) sold at markdown prices due to defects cannot be returned.  

Palace of Rites reserves the right to reject requests for returns and/or refunds where such requests are deemed habitual in our sole and absolute discretion; and/or there is suspicion of purchase for the purposes of resale.  

Palace of Rites reserves the right to a final decision.  

Palace of Rites reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.

Upon approval, we will contact the customer to request banking account details for refund processing. We will process the refund within 7 working days.

Most importantly, we do not entertain any order cancellation requests.

Handmade items, by nature, may have minor imperfections. These imperfections are a testament to the artisan's dedication and contribute to the charm and character of each item. Please note that slight irregularities like color smudges, thread pulls, etc. are not damages.
